After making it to the playoffs (again), Baltimore Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis is calling it quits. Lewis informed his team that after this season ends, he’ll be retiring. The Baltimore Ravens made it official via Twitter:

Lewis has been active but sidelined since returning in late December after tearing his triceps during the Ravens-Cowboys game in week six.
Whether or not he’ll actually play, Ray Lewis will take the field possibly one last time (and defiantly the last time in Baltimore) this Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts.
