#0 | Why “Breakfast Club” Didn’t Make The List

Really?

Okay, The Breakfast Club was a great movie. In fact, our rules for this list (movie about high school students with a majority of scenes taking place in school) were slightly broken when we included Cruel Intentions (which doesn’t even feature them in school at all). All that aside, The Breakfast Club isn’t that great. It has moments, it’s memorable and it’s iconic. It earns that status but movies that we featured on this list take you for a ride. Watching The Breakfast Club can make you feel claustrophobic as you sit in a room watching kids sitting in a room. It’s painful.

So yes, while The Breakfast Club may top other similar lists, we’re giving the top spot to Fast Times at Ridgemont high because:

1. It includes a lot of characters that are funny, fun to watch who connect through a well written script, and
2. Boobs.
