Suspend belief for a second. Imagine a world of the future that has somehow regressed into what is more reminiscent of the early 1800s. Let’s put aside that the world and back-story to Hunger Games is hard to swallow. Fine.

Ultimate reality television. Awesome! If you set aside how unbelievable the setting and plot is you’re left with Jennifer Lawrence running around as a strong female protagonist. She’s strong, she’s good at shooting an arrow and she may care about people. She’s the whole package!

The only believable part of this movie is Woody Harrelson as an alcoholic.
