ABC has cancelled the James Van Der Beek starring sitcom Don’t Trust The B In Apt. 23. According to Variety, the show has been pulled from the schedule.
The ratings-starved sophomore comedy has been yanked from ABC’s sked. It’s unlikely that the sitcom’s remaining eight episodes will run any time soon.
Filling in the gap is fellow ratings-challenged yet cult favorite Happy Endings who has been on the bubble itself.
Giving his take on it is James Van Der Beek himself, via Twitter:

In further tweets he clarifies that he’s not upset with the network for their decision.

Of course, like anything else, there’s already a Facebook page to demand the show return. Good luck with that.
