Son Of BEVERLY HILLS COP Coming To CBS

CBS looks to be moving ahead with the kinda-sorta television version of the Beverly Hills Cop movie series. Backed by Axel Foley, Eddie Murphy hands off the franchise to his “son”, Aaron Foley played by comedian Brandon T. Jackson. Murphy will make a cameo throughout the series.

The series is set as an hour-long procedural a la Hawaii Five-O and it’s on CBS so expect more crime than comedy.
